For our biggest plant in Switzerland, Visp, we are looking for a project lead (f/m/d) QC and QA for the global supply chain transformation. The business goal will be the permanent transformation of our resource planning for our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • QC/QA workstream lead for all QC/QA related activities creating an concept for the supply chain transformation in SAP for the Small Molecules business unit in Visp
  • Analyzing current capacities to develop and implement the capacity planning for short -, medium- and long term horizons
  • Development and implementation of a process to forecast QC /QA release times in various QC/QA departments
  • Elimination and decreasing of overdue inspection lots
  • investigating into options to connect LIMS related data on QC testing plans with the SAP resources planning and increasing future visibility of resource / capacity demand
  • Updating QC and QA relevant master data in SAP
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or chemistry/analytics, or advanced background in Supply Chain Planning and QC/QA with an related education
  • Experience in planning and executing of releasing workstreams in the QC / QA area for raw materials, intermediates and final products
  • Being an expert in project management (ideally certified) as well as experience in change management
  • Competent using of ERP/SAP, LIMS, MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A supply chain certification (e.g. APICS CPIM or similar) is an advantage
  • Professional fluency in English as well as German intermediate skills
