We are looking for a Project Manager Contact Center Services to:

  • loves to create Contact Center optimizations that are data and vision driven
  • who creates actionable insights and regular quality reports, supports businesscase creations and drives the omnichannel data view for Contact Centers
  • further enhances the instruments to measure and optimize the contact center experience
  • conducts research, draft management presentations and service proposals supporting decision making processes
  • likes to work in an international and agile environment

Your team

The role is embedded in UBS’ strong Channels & Platforms Department whose mission it is to create the UBS banking touchpoints of the future. You will be part of the Multichannel Contact Center Service team acting as a strong Business Partner who ensures the delivery of a best in class customer for conversations that matter.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Information Management
  • proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Python and SQL.
  • strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • familiarity with contact center software and platforms.
  • experienced optimizer and have a good track record of improving processes for agents and clients
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills (you know how to figure things out)
  • collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner
  • very good skills in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
  • fluency in written and spoken English and German
