In order to complete our Project Management Office, we are looking for a Project Manager dedicated to Packaging Research & Innovation.

A day in the life of a Project Manager for our packaging research institute
  • Lead complex large-scale Innovation projects with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for Innovation and the courage to engage with and influence stakeholders, clients and decision makers: you will plan and lead projects and synchronize cross-functional & multidisciplinary teams embracing details and ambiguity while keeping a helicopter view to simplify complexity and to strive for quick management decisions
  • Work with the Nestlé Institute of Packaging Scientists in developing and deploying novel packaging material solutions in order to achieve our 2025 Sustainability commitments
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization: you will ensure that all relevant stakeholders are continuously apprised of project status, risks, issues and action plans
  • Create alternative scenario and adapt project plan to continuously strive for project performance in terms of speed, impact and budget
What Will Make You Successful
  • More than 5 years’ experience Packaging Project Management, including management of large-scale projects across functional & multidisciplinary teams with high business impact
  • PhD., M.Sc., or minimum B.S. in Packaging Engineering/Material Sciences is required
  • Experience in developing new packaging from Idea to Launch preferably in the Food Industry
  • Integrate Consumer, Customer and Business Opportunity thinking into the project
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess courage, demonstrate resilience, agility and ability to solve problems
  • Experience in advocacy and successful management of external collaboration & partnerships
  • Excellent level of English
  • PMP, ITIL, COBIT certifications
