  • Work on special projects directed by Senior Management including but not limited to new site setup, new product launch, production lines transfer across entities.
  • Lead project schedule to make sure a timely, cost-effective and quality delivery via working with cross-functional teams from various countries.
  • Work with manufacturing team on plant shop floor to understand products and operation processes.
  • Conduct cost analysis and profitability study on respective projects, lead on quotation review and follow up on contract award.
  • Support Finance Director Operations in preparation of the Regional Manufacturing Discovery Driven Plan.
  • Digitalization support on Oracle, including into future reporting, consolidation, Power BI activities.
  • Harmonization and standardization of cost calculation.
  • CAPEX projection, approval, tracking and forecasting supporting Cashflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in finance; degree in engineering a plus
  • 6 to 10 years of professional experience in finance, cost accounting
  • Solid knowledge in manufacturing shop floor
  • Understanding of complete value chain and related parties.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized, proactive, autonomous and able to work under pressure
  • Motivated, team player and proficient
  • Resilient to challenges and able to commit to work in different time zones
