We have been exclusively appointed to support the executive team to find their new ¨Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager IT».

As Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager, you will be in charge to define and implement new Supply Chain Compliance guidelines in accordance with the company strategy and business needs.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Develop and audit information systems to assure the correct integration of all compliance data throughout the value chain
  • Manage IT and strategic process oriented projects along the whole global Supply Chain Compliance partnering cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders involved
  • Implement specific solutions capable of supporting Manufacturing and Logistics teams in implementing “compliant by design” processes
  • Developed the SAP4Hana/ERM (ex. GTS) trade related information documenting end-to-end process, from the request of legal opinions by local counsel
  • Ensure the correct and efficient traceability systems’ implementation
  • Evaluates, designs, measures, and controls that business compliance processes outcomes are in harmony with all Logistic and Supply Chain operations worldwide
  • Introduce process innovation on existing Customer Service and Logistics’ compliance management systems that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
  • Manage Business Continuity in the context of COVID19
  • Applied “Customers’ first” problem solving strategies in the context of multiple and diverse markets regulations

Your profile:
  • M.Sc in Supply Chain or IT Engineering
  • Able to deploy compliance oversight tools, onboarding end to end SC stakeholders
  • Able to develop compliance process case studies and deliver tailored IS solutions to SC stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results oriented, very dynamic and seeking new challenges
  • SAP4Hana/ERM, and SAPGTS module implementation
  • CRM (ex. Salesforce) and WMS knowledges
