About Our Client

Our client is an international company based in Nyon.

Job Description
  • Complex global travel organisation, including flights, accommodation and document pack publication.
  • Regular meeting coordination locally and globally across different time zones.
  • Support document creation and management across a broad range of formats. PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
  • Meet and greet visitors and coordinate hospitality.
  • Liaise and build good business relationships across the group and its global offices.,
  • Support colleagues from the leadership team when they are in Nyon.
  • Manage expenses on behalf on the stakeholders.* Manage publication of board strategy packs.
  • Support the implementation of ISO
The Successful Applicant

University degree or equivalent experience a plus

English and French are required, German will be a plus

Strong MS Office skills - Particularly PowerPoint and Visio

High level of IT usage: Internet, SAP, various travelling tools

High level of confidentiality Strong Executive Assistant experience to VP level individuals

Ability to juggle projects and day to day EA duties
