Client Success Manager (China)

Your role

• You will start with the team in Stäfa/Zürich (Switzerland) for your onboarding and will learn everything about beaconsmind®, our customers, and our processes.
• After successfully completing our onboarding, you will join our new regional office in Shanghai and help us with our roll-out in this challenging new market.
• You will manage client projects in location-based marketing, from concept to implementation and success monitoring.
• You are responsible for the successful implementation process of the beaconsmind suite for new clients and ensure the client’s success.
• You will coordinate and organize the rollouts of the beaconsmind solution at our clients’ global locations, this includes fleet management for the beacon hardware and monitoring the installation processes.
• You are a competent contact person for customers, always in close coordination with our sales and product management teams.
• You build lasting relationships with our customers and keep an eye on individual client experiences.
• You will lead the internal and external teams for hardware assembly in Shanghai together with our global hardware development and fleet management team.
• You will support our product development team by transferring the input of our customers into our development pipeline.
• You will report directly to the COO.
  
  

Your profile

• 2-3 years of professional experience in technology, digital marketing, agency or consulting business.
• Structured and success-oriented way of working, drive, and pragmatism.
• Strong communication skills both in writing and in person.
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Very good English and Chinese are a must.
• Self-starter with a high level of self-motivation and independence.
• Hands-on mentality.
