What you will do

Do you have experience with implementing projects that support cloud? Join us as Director of IT Program & Project Management!

You will develop and use a broad range of relationships across various cultures to lead, launch, and support a broad scope of needs and daring goals to broaden our SRE team. You shall accomplish this by building an organizational structure which promotes teamwork, building execution excellence with speed and agility, inculcates a culture of innovation.

How you will do it

• Promote a culture of agility, operational rigor, visibility, accountability, and data-informed decisions
• Work closely with product teams to identify their cloud infrastructure needs and help onboard them to the SRE platform and handle their projects
• Lead and Support operational processes, infrastructure, critical metrics, and governance model to expand the global SRE platform engineering, operations, and support
• Coordinate all activities related to products onboarding, ensure that project tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e., kick-offs, status, internal/stakeholder reviews, etc.) and presenting action steps and expectations to the project team
• Developing robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing and commissioning of all projects with no impact to business continuity
• Crafting and planning tasks and ensuring appropriate resources are allocated to it
• Creating progress reports and presenting them to leadership
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with third parties and vendors
• Support & implement D3 agile framework
• Bring best practice software development processes to enable continuous deployment

What we look for

Required

• 10 years of experience leading and managing technical projects in a software engineering or IT domain.
• Experience with cloud projects, using providers such as Azure, AWS, GCP or Alibaba
• Proficient with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively in a technical and matrix environment, including in front of C-level and VP-level partners globally
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and influence others
• Hands on experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred

• Master’s in engineering or related field
• PMP, ITIL or another project management certification
• Experience in leading teams with experience working with remote development teams, both domestically and internationally
• Deep understanding of DevOps & SRE culture and software engineering
