About Our Client

Our client is a pharmaceutical company.

Job Description

Lead the information and consultation processes / negotiations in collaboration with Country HRBP
Overall responsibility for devising the strategy and materials for all required consultations / negotiations for a merge
Draft communications on all relevant topics ie. salary, benefits, restructuring, site moves etc
Support restructurings in the region, including organisational and legal entity changes, in collaboration with other Operating Companies where required
Drive the implementation of local and corporate projects and initiatives
Manage communication with and to stakeholders
Support HR BP/ Generalists on performance issues and disciplinary matters
Provide clear interpretation of HR Policy & Swiss Labor Law
Advise, support and train People Leaders and HR Leaders
Provide advice on contract negotiations, grievance cases, arbitrations and conciliations
Build a trusting cooperation with Managers and employees
Consult and manage outside legal counsel per governance framework

The Successful Applicant

Proven labor and employee relations experience in Switzerland - preferably gained in the industry / a company
Sound experience in working & building relationships with stakeholders and emplyoees during merge and transfer
Fluency in French and English in written and spoken, German is a plus
Experience with project management, change management as well as stakeholder management
Experience with global restructuring
Experience in drafting agreements
Ability to translate legal concepts into practical business solutions and influence key decision-makers
Experience in an international environment/ matrix organization
