Tasks

As a valuable part of our HR team, you are end-to-end accountable for any HR topic within your scope.

You are working closely with the business, acting as a primary point of contact to contribute to the achievement of business objectives. You will be an active member of the leadership team with equal levels of influence and participation. Proactively contributing to the delivery of end-to-end HR Processes by engaging with other HR professionals with the Atos Group and actively contributing to the delivery of our services.

Overview of Role & Main Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Contributing to the development & implementation of HR vision and strategy based on global guidelines and considering local specifics
  • Contributing to the development of the business strategy within the scope of responsibility
  • Challenging strategic business decisions from an HR perspective and proposing alternatives where applicable
Workforce Strategy & Management

  • Working closely with senior management & workforce management team to agree on quantitative & qualitative (skills & capability planning) workforce planning in line with business strategy
  • Driving the execution of workforce plans
  • Designing, developing, driving and monitoring initiatives to attract, retain and develop workforce capability and flexibility within the organization, in close alignment with the business and other HR stakeholders within Atos
Advisory

  • Be a trusted advisor to the managers of your area in all HR-related questions
  • Take care of requests from managers and employees, guide them thru the correct usage of tooling and provide a high employee experience by providing appropriate
services to the different stakeholders
  • Ensure proper routing and follow-up of topics that are managed within another area of the HR organization
  • Providing advice to business on how to manage potential legal risks relating to
employment matters

Career Development

  • Responsible for execution of talent identification / development processes within the organization in cooperation with the Group’s Talent Management team within its own scope of responsibility
  • Ensuring appropriate succession planning process is in place and executed with business
  • Responsible for the high quality realization of performance management process within the scope of responsibility.
  • Making sure that “expected standards” are in place and communicated
Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensuring proper planning, communication and execution of C&B cycles and activities
  • Consult managers in terms of Compensation related questions
  • Responsible for on-time and within budget execution of the regular cycle for the area of responsibility
Requirements

  • We are looking for you, if you have 7-12 years of proven track record of managing complex people issues, working with the business to manage organizational change and working strategically in an international matrix environment
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Swiss HR specifics, incl. labor law
  • You are a hands-on HR professional with a clear focus on results and execution
  • You have strong communication & negotiation skills
  • You are a strong and empathetic communicator in English, coupled with one of the local languages: German or/and French
  • You work independently and as a team player at the same time, based on the respective needs of the specific topics and tasks
  • You bring solid experience in influencing and coaching managers to maintain high business performance through employee motivation
  • You understand business and financial matters
  • You possess project management and ideally change management skills
  • You have a professional HR qualification (university level) or equivalent
  • For this position, we are able to consider applications with the following conditions: Swiss nationals or EU/EFTA nationals or third-country nationals based in Switzerland with an appropriate work permit
  • Location can be in Zürich or Nyon
