Industry | Legal Counsel | Geneva & Remote | Temp. 4 months | 80-100% | Dec. 2021 | CHF 160’000

Tasks
  • Negotiate, draft and review contracts with regards to real estate and project development
  • Advise and support operative divisions in all construction law matters
  • Handle legal cases in construction, planning and real estate law
  • Support construction projects and real estate transactions
  • Manage outside legal counsels
Requirements
  • Swiss bar admission
  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate and construction law
  • At least 5 years’ of PQE as attorney or corporate legal counsel
