Industry | Trade Compliance Officer | Lucerne | Temp. 4 months | 100% | Dec. 2021 | CHF 140’000

Tasks
  • Monitor and report regulatory and compliance-related developments in covered markets
  • Manage and oversee internal and external compliance audits and compliance analysts
  • Identify and assess risk factors, specifically in regard to import and export controls
  • Establish compliance-related operating and measurement metrics
  • Cross-departmental legal support across the organization
  • Carry out internal checks on compliance-related aspects
Requirements
  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least 5-10 years’ of PQE as a trade compliance officer in an industrial environment
  • Demonstrated exposure to the aerospace, defense, or trade forwarding logistics sectors
  • Expertise in ITAR and relevant laws and regulations applicable to global trade compliance
  • Relevant qualification or certification in Trade compliance (CTCS, ITC, ITAR, CUSECO) a plus
