YOUR TASKS:As part of its strategy to strengthen its Corporate Finance platform, Kepler’s Corporate Finance team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines.As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions::
  • Research and analyze company and industry data ;
  • Prepare lists of potential targets and opportunities ;
  • Perform financial modelling and company valuations ;
  • Draft client presentations and transaction materials ;
  • Assist in the execution of deals.
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • Studying towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a leading Swiss university, ideally in finance or economics ;
  • Fluent in English and French; any other language is a plus ;
  • Highly motivated, high degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitmentt ;
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small, entrepreneurial team ;
  • Previous uses of CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial tools are appreciated ;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills ;
  • Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, audit, strategy.
