YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :Within the Business Development department, you will join a dynamic PMO team in which you will support several technology transformation projects. In close collaboration with the Group CTO, you will take part in the supervision, support and control of the projects in the portfolio with the aim of accompanying the change in the Company.You will be responsible for :

• Initiate preparatory analyses for projects;
• Participate in the drafting of functional and technical specifications;
• Structuring and assisting the overall management of projects and associated business streams;
• Create reports and progress reports on all projects;
• Monitor and check the progress of projects (Quality / Cost / Planning / Documentation);
• Use of PMO Group tools;
• Control the quality of deliverables;
• Manage a product backlog, supervise the results of unit tests, transcribe functional requirements into solutions;
• Report to top management on progress, alerts and changes in the challenges of the projects in your portfolio.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :

• You are a student in the final year of a business or engineering school;
• You will have a first experience in change management support;
• You have good interpersonal skills as well as a great capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• A good knowledge of programming would be a real plus;
• Sensitivity to the technical environment and algorithms, a programming language would be a plus;
• A strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform applications;
• Mastery of the O365 package, especially Excel;
• Good writing and presentation skills;
• English read, written and spoken.
