A private family living in the canton of Vaud, specifically in Mont-sur-Rolle, is looking for a nanny and housekeeper. The position is full-time, for a total of 45 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

The family is looking for a person who has a driving license and a vehicle to facilitate transportation. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in French OR English. The selected person will be responsible for taking care of their 2-year-old daughter and the newborn expected in October. The work will start in June, and we are looking for a reliable and committed person who will be able to work for the family in the long term.

Responsibilities:
  • Take care of their 2-year-old daughter and the newborn expected in October
  • Create a safe, clean, and healthy environment for the children
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the children
  • Participate in children’s awakening and development activities
  • Take walks with the children and take them to appointments
  • Perform household tasks, such as maintenance, cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Regularly communicate with parents about children’s development and well-being
  • Assume additional tasks as needed

Requirements
  • European/Swiss passport or Swiss work permit required
  • Previous experience with newborns and babies essential
  • Driving license mandatory and own vehicle preferred
  • Fluent French OR English required
