What You Will Do

Oracle Fusion DevOps Lead plays a key role in leading DevOps team, meets business requirements, schedule and budget objectives. The DevOps manager will be responsible for the whole Oracle Fusion operations and development lifecycle. You will be expected to transition software from development to operations, plan and maintain operations. Additionally lead cloud operations and promote DevOps practices in the DevOps team and accountable for the DevOps team’s performance and output.

How You Will Do It
  • Strategically plan and lead the execution of DevOps work to align with company and development goals
  • Maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud environment availability, development, and reliability
  • Maintain and develop Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes
  • Manage SLAs and observability metrics
  • Prioritize and plan team objectives, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company priorities
  • Ensure consistent bookkeeping and documentation of work
  • Manage the DevOps team’s performance, and team hiring and attrition, acquire good talents for related technical roles and identify low performers and build improvement plans
  • Meet team delivery deadline and maintain a delivery cadence
  • Ensure DevOps communication with other departments and align on delivery timelines
  • Develop and provide ongoing maintenance for programs, tools and processes to automate tasks surrounding the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

What We Look For
  • 15 + years of work experience Service Delivery / Management
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps area supporting SDLC at scale
  • Proven track record of successful Managed Services and DevOps
  • Ability to lead the team in complex technological problems, formulate recommendations, and build technically sound and scalable solutions
  • Oracle Fusion knowledge will be an advantage
  • Understanding of business processes both in Financials and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment
