Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTTs) are the future of Edwards! Edwards will discuss its multiple transcatheter programs aimed at transforming care for the many patients suffering from mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. Our company plans to launch one transformational therapy in Europe each year led by its CARDIOBAND and PASCAL programs. Since 2017 already 4 products certified for EU and the other coming soon! The key responsibility for (Senior) Manager, Professional Education is assuring effective execution of physician trainings, congresses and internal events.

Candidate location: Prague, Czech Republic OR Nyon, Switzerland. Regular presence in office requested. Willingness to travel needed - 50% (EU).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop overarching training strategy and methodology for multiple external facing programs, key project targeting and development management.

Strategy to obtain KOL input and key clinical assessments, development of targets and oversee analysis

Identify, engage independently, and influence KOLs to develop strategically aligned messages on EW programs

Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing and new programs, related trainings and projects intended to maximize product/procedural outcomes

Measure organization, logistics and effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through post-meeting survey instruments, clinical field feedback and KOL review, develop plan to address concerns, and lead the implementation of solutions

Act as a resource to HCP, leverage knowledge gained through direct clinician interactions and relationships, in order to address questions related to off label use of approved products

Create and plan programs on new added indications/approvals

Maintain awareness and alignment with existing guidelines and regional practices and ensure training content aligns

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in in related field , 10 years years experience of previous experience required
Proven people leading experience
Cardiology, cardio-vascular and related fields experience, knowledge requested
Experience in clinical, sales or commercial/clinical operations preferred
Experience in consulting preferred

Additional Skills:
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to adapt to change
Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large scale project plans
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
Experience within a regulated environment
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment, including serving as consultant to management
Ability to interact with suppliers, vendors and/or customers
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
