In our drive forwards we are looking for a talented Senior Software Development Engineer (SOX IT General Computer Controls Specialist)to join the Technology Operations team!


This position is based in our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland


Your mission will be (but not limited to):


  • Build and maintain an understanding of the company’s core IT control processes (e.g., change management, logical access, computer operations, software development).
  • Participate in the planning of audits by collaborating with IT and business management to develop control walkthrough narratives, the matrix of key controls, testing approach, and schedule.

  • Perform IT General Controls (ITGC), automated controls, and information produced by the entity (IPE) testing for the company across a variety of applications and databases.
  • Participate in IT audit programs for operational business process reviews, system implementations, and application reviews.

  • Develop ongoing reporting and presentations to communicate key messages in a consistent manner, ensuring a global view across all business lines.

  • Provide leadership and expertise in managing infrastructure information systems implementations/upgrades and identifying related controls across the enterprise, preferably expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP.
  • Support the company with the overall governance and execution of SOX IT compliance initiatives and with the ongoing SOX compliance efforts.
  • Review systems and processes with a focus on industry best practice standards and frameworks in order to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise, lead, hire, coach, and evaluate the performance of staff, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Audit, Management Information Systems, or accounting information systems (AIS), accounting, business, cybersecurity, or other technical disciplines.
  • Strong progress towards obtaining official certification for CISA, CIA, or other standard auditing certification will be considered in lieu of a university degree (non-certified hires are required to become certified within 1 year from the date of hire).
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry performing IT audits, systems implementations, or Information Security.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to assimilate easily into teams.
  • Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of SOX IT General Controls, COSO, SOC 1, and SOC 2.
  • Awareness of ISO 27001, NIST standards, HIPAA, FAIR, and other relevant standards.
  • Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Very strong performance within a team dynamic.
