Today, several teams of highly qualified engineers research and develop signalling solutions in Wallisellen. Your tasks

  • Integration of ETCS on-board and country-specific ATP systems (e.g.:ASFA, SCMT, SHP, PZB, LZB, ATB) into rail vehicles;
  • Creation of concepts, system requirements specifications and electrical schematics for integration of ETCS/ATP system into rail vehicle;
  • Participation in static & dynamic commissioning of the ETCS/ATP systems in rail vehicle;
  • Participation in ETCS/ATP type tests in the field;
  • Preparation of evidences for authorization (e.g.: Test reports, Verification reports);
  • Interface with customers, assessors and suppliers.

Your profile

  • Education at bachelor level ETH/TU/FH in engineering (Electrical, IT or mechatronics) or comparable;
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics;
  • Open, flexible, team player, and goal-oriented personality;
  • Autonomous and proactive working method, strong problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of Automatic Train Protection (e.g.: ETCS, ASFA, SCMT, SHP, PZB, LZB, ATB) on-board systems is an advantage;
  • Rolling stock experience is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of English and German; other languages are an advantage.

  • Flexibility to travel (25 - 50% of the working time)
