  • Generating and maintaining accurate reports of compliance activities and documents, including trending of key quality indicators, e.g. for non-conformities, CAPAS, changes, training status, among others
  • Collaborating with other departments, including stakeholder management, to ensure compliance throughout the organization
  • Supports the assessment and implementation of corporate documents at local level
  • Ensures the proper qualification of DPS staff by supervising adherence to GMP trainings, including support to the training coordinator
  • Update of relevant compliance documents
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor (B.Sc.), or Master (M.Sc.) in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • Previous working experience in GMP area (3 or more years)
  • Very good communication skills and inter-personal skills; ability to interact with several stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; German as an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools – Excel and Power Point
