We are looking for a talented, motivated Senior Expert to participate the QA Microbial leadership team in Visp. In this role you will develop and mentor Project QA Manager and Batch Record Reviewer, you will supervise QA capacity planning and own the design of your process landscape. Embedded in the breathtaking nature we will offer a great place to work in a growing manufacturing site in Visp (VS). Working nearby the urban centers and living in the beautiful landscape will allow you to open your mind and to strengthen your personal development. Inspired by the team and your interfaces you will Influence and support continuous improvement and simplification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership and empowerment of employees
  • Responsibility for the coordination and development of the QA team
  • Accountability forquality requirements of manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring that manufactured products comply with national and international requirements and cGMP standards over their entire life cycle
  • Responsibility for batch releases and accountability for the quality of all related records (deviation, Investigation, CAPA)
  • QA oversight for the dedicated manufacturing asset
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor o Science, Master of Science or equivalent Degree Degree in natural science
  • Several years of experience as QA Ops. in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Provable leadership skills
  • Experience in Class A and continuous improvement
  • Strong individual contributor and decision maker
