We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Quality Assurance Officer.

You will join an international leader in the field of chemistry.

This position is a temporary role of 1 year.

Your Mission :

Responsible for implementing and facilitating quality assurance process, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Ensuring GMP standards compliance
Performing GMP training and internal audit to coach and give the right mindset to collaborators.
Being the QA voice by validating Maintenance works start and closure, making product risk assessment
Manage, facilitate, audit and improve the site GMP level by leading GMP projects.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions identified as a result of audits and verify their effectiveness.
Steering the quality assurance agenda means you will ensure Good Manufacturing Practice standards compliance on the floor and work proactively to prevent product issues, making a real difference to the business.

Your Experience:

University degree level – preferably in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Science.
Overall work experience of 3 to 4 years with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance area Good understanding of
the principles of Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing
Practice (GMP) and continuous improvement. Knowledge about Kosher, Halal is a plus.
Good knowledge of business processes in Operations e.g. production methods, quality
control systems, requirements for manufacturing and distribution facilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop
strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
at different levels of the organization
Can demonstrate an ability / potential ability to
influence change, form effective relationships, continuous improvement mindset
Experience with using computer based Management
Systems and applications such as Microsoft Office.
You are proactive, driven and tenacious, brave enough to take tough decisions, skilled enough to adapt the style in order to
influence in a number of areas.
You have excellent communication skills.
