The opening is for a Quality Senior Specialist in the Control Management Organization. The team has responsibility for monitoring and testing adherence to policies and procedures by Client Advisors and Control/Support functions across EMEA. The testing primarily covers Suitability, Cross-Border activity, and Selling Practices.

This individual will:

  • Execute Quality Assurance testing against established criteria; additionally, testing requires subject matter expertise with the ability to draw inferences, identify root cause, and make recommendations for corrective action
  • Actively participate in LOB feedback sessions as testing results SME and offers clarifying commentary as needed to support findings
  • Articulate findings verbally in meetings, analyse disputes, reassessments, and escalations, and demonstrates fortitude against potential adversity
  • Provide verbal and written summaries of findings and corresponding corrective actions
  • May act as a liaison with offshore team, and provide subject matter expertise
  • Provides feedback pertaining to processes and opportunities for enhancement
  • May perform targeted reviews
  • Ensure testing job aids are kept current and are beneficial tools for the Quality Specialists and Analysts
  • Participate in new test creation or modification as new obligations or requirements changes

Qualifications:
  • Position requires experience in oversight functions such as auditing and/or operational quality assurance
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency
  • Ability to quickly absorb industry knowledge, business processes, policies and regulatory requirements
  • Flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment to meet aggressive deadlines while priorities are shifting
  • Strong analytical, issue resolution and problem solving skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Risk and control management experience
  • Presentation delivery
  • Relationship building and conflict management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent English. Russian or Portuguese speaker is an asset
