As a Quality Specialist you will support Nestlé Research in specific areas of expertise: systems/Nestlé Management System, auditing, Good Laboratory Practices, documentation, and digital / innovation methodologies.

A day in the life of a Quality Specialist
- Support the QSHE integrated management system in the quest for zero defect and value-adding, promoting quality awareness across the company
- Support laboratory activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices (validate analytical methods, provide coaching, etc)
- Lead and support Design Thinking projects to support paperless connected labs
- In the specific area of expertise, assess that the Nestlé Quality Management System is in place, leading internal audits and providing coaching to internal auditors
- In collaboration with process owners, drive the assessment of the performance of their process, propose actions for improvement.
- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise and contribute to competence development of quality professionals across the organisation
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and digital tools which are directly related to their area of concern
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Nestlé Research performance monitoring using Power platform tools. (Power App, Power Automate, Forms,...)
- 3 years experience in an R&D environment
- Applied science university graduate or equivalent (preferred analytical chemistry, biology or food science)
- Demonstrated competence in related technical and/or scientific fields to support R&D projects
- Experience in laboratory analytical method development and R&D projects activities.
- Experience in successfully implementing Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices and Nestlé Management System programs
- Developed capability to understand & influence behaviour in a research context
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
