As a Quality Specialist you will support Nestlé Research in specific areas of expertise: Nestlé integrated Management System, Auditing, Good Laboratory Practices, Documentation, Compliance.

A Day in the Life of a Quality Specialist
- Manage and organise external and internal audits related to the Nestlé Research integrated Management System
- Perform audits (e.g. laboratories, processes) to check compliance to ISO and Nestlé Standards, and to Nestlé Research SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Drive continuous improvement in his/her scope of responsibilities
- Act as Nestlé Research Technical Documentation Administrator by deploying the Compliance Tracking Tool and tracking the implementation of the relevant mandatory Nestlé instructions
- Apply the mandatory requirements related to the creation, distribution, retention and destruction of documents and records
- Deliver training for specific areas of expertise and contribute to competence development of quality professionals across the organisation
- 3 years experience in an R&D environment
- Applied science university graduate or equivalent (preferred analytical chemistry, biology or food science)
- Demonstrated competence in related technical and/or scientific fields to support R&D projects
- Experience in laboratory analytical method development and R&D projects activities.
- Experience in successfully implementing Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices and Nestlé Management System programs
- Developed capability to understand & influence behavior in a research context
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
