General InformationWe are looking for a R&D Operations Specialist with expertise in electrical engineering to work in our high voltage research laboratories and contribute to the gas circuit breaker research at our research center in Baden-Daettwil/CH. Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.ResponsibilitiesDefine, together with project managers and scientific staff members, research test setups, test plans, experimental procedures, the equipment and instrumentation to be used, with reference to the applicable standards Prepare the necessary test setups, the required measurement instruments and execute tests Maintain the laboratory infrastructure, build prototypes and systems suitable for laboratory testing Manage the test schedule for the laboratory as well as assist with aligning tasks for R&D Operation Specialists and equipment calibrations Propose and implement improvements in existing laboratory setup and laboratory techniques based on experience Conduct daily duties and additional special assignments for the completion of experimental project activities, and contribute to analysis, evaluation and summarization of experimental results in the form of technical reports Ensure that safety and laboratory processes are followed and contribute to process improvements Build a network in the company and actively distribute your knowledge and expertiseYour BackgroundBachelor or Master’s degree of an University of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering, good knowledge of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments Hands-on attitude with experience in laboratory work and know-how in experimental techniques Enthusiastic, self-motivated mindset with team player attitude and creativity Highly conscientious individual with keen sense of responsibility Background related to high voltage technology, CAD software and LabView programming is an advantage Relevant work experience in industrial R&D is an advantage Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)Informazioni basilari Lieu Baden-Daettwil, Switzerland Type d’emploi Full time De l’expérience Experienced Fonction du poste Engineering & Science Contrat Regular Date de publication 2023-04-05 Numéro de réference JOB_POSTING-3-25606
