WHO YOU ARE

My name is Sara and I am leading the great, but very busy, recruitment team at IKEA. We are looking for more people that loves matching talents with opportunities.

For you to be the right one, you are not afraid to juggle multiple positions, managers and tasks at the same time, having a constant focus on the candidate experience.

Let’s see what I am looking for:
• You have recruitment experience and are able to handle a variety of different positions and candidates.
• You are completely fluent in German and you are also confident in English, both verbal and written. Do you speak French as well? Even better.
• You are not afraid of challenging status quo and trying new ways of working.
• You are a strong communicator who enjoys being in frequent contact with line managers and candidates.
• You have a structured, efficient way of working that allows you drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, understand processes and the workings of various recruitment platforms.

This is a temporary role for 12 months, starting as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Besides handling all the steps in our recruitment process, the role also includes:

• Communicating frequently with line managers, support them with all their recruitment needs and coaching them along the way.
• Keeping in contact with the candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your areas of responsibility, the relevant job profiles and the needs of the managers.
• Being a strong believer in and advocate for diversity and equal opportunity for all candidates.
• Living the IKEA values and culture as a role-model for those around you.
• Support where needed, in a team that all are striving for the best candidate and customer experience possible
