Position Summary

The Regional Manager, Change, Communications, and Training (EMEA) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the change management and communications strategy for specific Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) projects, namely the SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations. This role works directly with Regional Change, Communications, and Training Leads and the other Regional Change, Communications, and Training Managers. This role is critical in supporting alignment with the overarching change management strategy and plan for the program.

The primary focus will be to support the implementation of the Finance roadmap plans through successful minimum viable product (MVP) deployment cycles within EPM and CFIN in order to maximize employee engagement and minimize employee resistance. This individual will engage closely with key stakeholders within the CFIN) and EPM Programs, such as Close, Consolidation and External Reporting (CCER) and Planning & Forecasting, to support stakeholder assessments and the development and execution of the regional change strategy to enable sustainment of new ways of working and behaving in Finance.

This individual will assist regional Change, Comms, & Training (CCT) Leads for NA, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions to coordinate and maintain an integrated and global view of the FS&T change & communications plan. This role allows J&J to disseminate cohesive language as related to FS&T projects in order to maintain transparency and maximize employee engagement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Draft the EMEA change and communications plans for key FS&T projects, such as CFIN and EPM projects
  • Develop and execute against change management and communications activities for CFIN and each EPM MVP release within CCER and Planning & Forecasting, as outlined in the change and communications plans
  • Work closely with Regional CCT Leads and other Managers to ensure consistency of messaging and content as related to FS&T projects across regions
  • Work closely with Technology and Process Project Leads to understand communication and change management needs in Region for FS&T projects

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Years of Related Experience:Strong experience of change management and communications experience within a large-scale, transformational business environment is required
  • Thorough understanding of change delivery methodologies and tools is required
  • Experience in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery, from a regional EMEA perspective
  • Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and with other stakeholders to influence others and move toward a common vision is required
  • High-level knowledge of large-scale EPM and SAP systems, specifically how the adoption of such may affect employees at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with flexibility and adaptability

Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively with and through others
