About Our Client

Our client is a global consumer goods company with multiple manufacturing plants and distributions centers across the globe. To strengthen their regional supply chain operations, we are recruiting a Regional O2C Lead (all genders).

Job Description

The O2C Lead acts as the Process Subject Matter Expert to develop and implement Value Realization strategies on the Order to Cash process area, aligned with global priorities and regional priorities. Furthermore, you will:
  • Implement Best Practices, harmonize & standardize O2C processes
  • Deliver Process Education and Solution Training to Power Users
  • Lead and/or support the business strategy by implementing business transformation programs in collaboration with the PMO team
  • Identify end-to-end process opportunities and advise on process and technology solutions
  • Partner with Global CoE and IT and act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide functional requirements and approve solution design
  • Coordinate the testing phase with Power Users
  • Collaborate with the CoE Data & Analytics team to align on project/implementation plans incorporating budgets and timelines
  • Establish and report process adoption and value realization progress through selected KPIs and process performance indicators
  • Support key business partners and executive leadership in performance measurement
The Successful Applicant

Additionally, The Scope Of The Job Holder Will Include Following Core Elements

The selected candidate must bring proven record in Order to Cash processes that goes beyond the order management. The hired candidate should have a university degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a similar education and at least 5 years of experience in a project lead role within a comparable position.
  • Able to work in a global / regional matrix environment, across multiple business operating units each with a different culture and processes
  • Excellent overall understanding of Supply Chain end-to-end processes and affiliates commercial policies and practices
  • Excellent ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including executive leadership, to answer to business needs and formulate solutions
  • Result driven and high sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Capable of influencing key stakeholders and drive meaningful changes
  • Fluent English skills are required, any additional European language is a plus
