Regulatory Affairs Trainee - Fribourg

OM Pharma has positioned itself as a local player to support students and young graduates in their first professional experiences. We are pleased to offer a paid internship of 12 months, starting as soon as possible, as Regulatory Affairs trainee within our Swiss Affiliate, in Fribourg. During this internship, you are supporting our Regulatory Affairs team in handling all processes linked to our products in Switzerland.

Your main tasks are the following:

• Support for preparation of timely submission of required regulatory documents to obtain and secure regulatory registrations according to the relevant applicable laws and regulations
• Support the life-cycle management activities and interactions with Health Authorities
• Support in all activities related to the update of internal systems (quality, labelling, etc.) and interactions with other departments (Quality, Supply, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Safety)
• Support Regulatory intelligence and in particular the monitoring of OM Pharma competitors’ regulatory product submissions / authorizations

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a well-organized and rigorous person bringing the following profile:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or similar
• Fluent in French or German both in oral and written conversation, as well as in English
• Ability to read and understand regulations and scientific data is a plus

You are a rigorous and pragmatic person with a desire to develop your experience within pharmaceutical industry. Your good interpersonal skills and autonomy enable you to work effectively both in a team and independently. You enjoy proposing new ideas, discussing them with your team, then executing them.
