About The Role

Job Description

Reporting to the Engineering/Maintenance department, the Reliability division is responsible for improving the performance of equipment throughout its life cycle. Highly involved in engineering projects, the division is responsible for defining the maintenance strategy for new equipment and the preventive operations to be carried out. The Reliability division is also involved in the operation of installations to analyze performance and failures, and to develop the operations to be carried out to guarantee optimal reliability.

How You Will Contribute
  • Acting as key contributor to the operational performance of the equipment within your area of responsibility.
  • Improving and/or developing new analysis tools and models to measure the reliability of equipment and identify priorities in our improvement actions list.
  • Providing methodological and technical support during failure investigations to identify the root causes.
You will also contribute through your involvement with Capex projects
  • Defining maintenance strategies to be implemented to ensure optimal operational availability of equipment
  • Participate in the realization of the project deliverables by promoting the operational feedback of the maintenance department and by encouraging the standardization of equipment that has demonstrated its reliability.
What You Bring To Takeda
  • University degree in engineering or significant experience in an operational maintenance position with extended responsibilities (involvement in complex and structured diagnostics, participation in projects/new works, analysis and performance improvement approaches).
  • Advanced technical knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, standards and processes.
  • Strong technical analysis skills through data processing tools (Excel / business intelligence tools etc.).
  • Knowledge of analysis methodologies (RCFA type - Root Cause Failure Analysis / contradiction matrices etc.) and writing skills.
