In the field of reliability engineering and testing, we are looking for an experienced Reliability Laboratory Engineer to work with us to develop test systems for product qualification projects.

As Reliability Laboratory Engineer you will be part of quality department and work in reliability laboratory engineering and test team with motivated and experienced colleagues. You will closely collaborate with quality engineers, test development engineers and R&D engineers from different company sites in Thalwil, Sweden, Italy, and Germany.

This role is located in headquarter Thalwil, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop the next generation test system, and testing setups upon new test requirements
  • Develop hardware and software of testing boards
  • Develop and maintain data management and scheduling system for qualification projects
  • Develop and maintain quality database for testing plan entry, test execution as well as dashboard presenting
  • Support the execution of qualification projects and debugging activities in case of failed tests
  • Document requirements and specification of the test systems

Your Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in HW/SW development for testing systems.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or software engineering, with minimum three-year experience
  • Experience with Python, SQL
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills to elaborate issues and present ideas
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Bonus Point
  • Knowledge in Labview
  • Experience of working in a laboratory environment
  • German speaking is a plus
