About The Internship

This is an internship opportunity for university students, who are required to complete a mandatory work experience as part of their study curriculum. The organization provides the practical work experience, with defined timeframes and objectives driven by university and curriculum. The experience may include a research project and / Masters thesis.

You will join the Risk & Controls (R&C) function where you will be working in a high-profile team aiming at operationalizing a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) environment across the company. The team is an international team hence why partial remote connection / working from home is applied.

Who we’re looking for?
  • Currently studying for your Master/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Skills/ abilities
  • Working in an agile way (including remotely) and able to adapt to situations
  • Very strong skills and proficient with office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Sense of responsibility, ownership, interest and willingness
  • Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset

Description

Your role will be to support the GRC Platform Administration & Reporting Lead and will be primarily responsible to support the operation of the PMI’s GRC platform (One GRC) and deliver insightful GRC reporting and complete tasks within key GRC processes within their key areas of accountability. This includes the following key responsibilities
  • Ensuring effective and efficient functioning of the Governance, Risk and Compliance technology platform as a key component of the PMIs GRC environment, in order to facilitate robust risk management, enable implementation of “Three Lines” model within PMI and empower the business to reliably meet its objectives.
  • Providing relevant and insightful GRC reporting to support analyzing data across the enterprise to identify and drive (facilitate and coordinate) the mitigation of risks, which is owned by the “First Line” business functions.
  • Seeking and implementing opportunities to increase the added business value perceived by senior team members (both within, but moreover, outside of R&C) from the overall R&C activities deployed through operating the One GRC platform and GRC reporting.
