About Hotel des Bergues, Geneva, a Four Seasons Hotel:

Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues is Geneva’s first hotel and a landmark, blending contemporary and classic decor, steps away from the lake, the Old Town and the famous Quartier des Banques with a beautiful view of the Jet d’Eau. Main responsibilities:

  • Perform in our environment with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Closely work as a team on a daily basis as it pertains to sales activities for your responsible markets
  • Assist Assistant Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager in their daily duties
  • Develop relationships with WSO offices and contribute to accounts development.
  • Prospecting and closing individual and group bookings accounts on behalf of the hotel
  • Account management of accounts portfolio, mainly in charge of developing the APAC and specific European markets
  • Prospect for new business opportunities within the segment
  • Plan and execute sales developments, attend client events, organize sales calls and participate to trade shows.
  • Daily tasks of reactive role in preparing groups offers, contracts, proformas and group resume’s
  • Coordinate with other Department Heads to ensure quality of guest/group satisfaction
  • Understand and use the various sales tools the company to follow up the groups requests
  • Update Sales tools and input weekly activities
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge about Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, Geneva
  • Set strategy for the segment and provide market insights and comp set analysis
  • Negotiate RFP as well as group terms and conditions
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Support on preparing sales presentation, meetings presentations
  • Assist Sales team with email and administrative task when traveling for business
  • 40% Proactive tasks / 60% reactive tasks
