A highly innovative and international company in the Zug area is looking for a motivated SAP Business Transformation Manager to drive a global end-to-end global S4 HANA implementation directly reporting into the CFO on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities
  • End2End responsibility for the implementation of S4/ Hana worldwide through all phases of the project life cycle
  • Driving the ongoing business transformation in finance, commercial, supply chain and operations towards One ERP solution including
  • Requirement gathering, architecture discussion and design of the solution
  • Designing blueprinting activities, data transformation preparation, infrastructure set-up
  • Facilitate change management
  • Project budgeting, monitoring and governance
Your background
  • Several years of practical work experience in implementing the full lifecycle of S/4 HANA on a global scope
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes including experience in leading and managing large ERP projects
  • End-2-End System implementation and transformation experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4 Central Finance with a good understanding of financial end-to-end processes
  • Passionate leader with the ability to motivate and inspire the team and experience within a multi-national/cultural environment
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills always looking for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ideally you are fluent in English
