Within the Information Systems and Organization Department, we are looking for a SAP Distribution Project Manager to manage all the projects related to the launch of new SAP modules or the addition of functionalities to existing modules, while maintaining consistency across all our global entities. As part of these responsibilities, you will also be a point of contact for key regional or central users.Your ResponsibilitiesProject managementGathering specific requirements from the Manufacture and coordinating contacts with the GroupAnalyze the impact on the organization of functions in the different departments and lead the change managementCoordinate data transfer and system initializationGathering feedback from users of existing modules and proposing appropriate improvements before releasing the solution to other sites or marketsManage and coordinate SAP solution improvement testsPrepare data and environment for release and non-regression testingIdentify and invite key users to test, assign test sets and communicate content and planningProvide support to key users during testing and monitor resultsContribute to the continuous improvement of business-related processes, which need to be documented and appliedParticipate in the ongoing SAP rollouts in the subsidiariesSupport the conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANAIdentify recurring issues and establish appropriate corrective actionsAct as a link between local teams and central SAP support teams.YOUR PROFILEMaster in Management / Engineer with 2 - 5 years of experience in management and coordination of projects related to SAP modules (in particular SAP SD / MM), either in a private company or in a consulting firm or ESN.Good understanding of SAP technical architecture; knowledge of BW, PP and/or APO would be a strong asset.Willing to travel internationally 25% of the time and to keep up with the pace required by our projects.Fluent in English and French - any other language would be an asset.Autonomous, proactive, organised, able to prioritise at the same time.Service and team-oriented.All these qualities will be real assets in uniting people around common projects.
