Role:SAP Security Lead Analyst

Location:Ireland (Limerick), Belgium (Beerse), Switzerland (Zuchwil), United Kingdom (Pinewood) or Italy (Rome)

We are recruiting for the role of SAP Security lead analyst to design and deliver end-to-end security solutions and systems within our EMEA SAP systems, working across a variety of business areas, including finance, logistics, integration, operational reporting, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• You will design technical solutions to meet business security requirements.
• You will coordinate contractor resources to deliver on-going support to the business, including task management, provision of mentoring and support and serving as point of escalation.
• You will lead contractor resources to deliver the security elements of projects and initiatives with accountability for clearing roadblocks and ensuring timely and quality delivery of security requirements.
• You will be applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve sophisticated business processes and procedural problems
• You will resolve customer complaints/technical issues in collaboration with support team and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• You will have hands-on technical configuration of security on SAP applications when required, for example in high risk or highly sophisticated enhancements.
• You will assist in management of technical changes through the landscape, responsibility for quality and assurance that control points are satisfied.
• You will have responsibility for process improvement initiatives and implementation of custom and third-party tooling.

We would love to hear from you if you have a degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering other related STEM fields (Economics, Physical Science, Social Science, Engineering and Mathematics)

Required

Experience and Skills:

• The candidate will be able to demonstrate in-depth technical mastery (5 years + experience) of SAP security and authorisations, including hands-on experience of security role build, role assignment, tracing, trouble shooting, remediation analysis and technical support and be able to provide technical mentoring and guidance to others. Advanced knowledge of security configuration, processes, and standard methodologies in ERP systems. SAP S4, Fiori, GRC and strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management and influencing skills with evidence of their effectiveness working on large, sophisticated projects and simultaneously leading multiple challenging priorities.
• Initiative and capability to work independently while pulling in and collaborating with others as required will be strong character traits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to quickly digest and assimilate sophisticated information and processes.
• Functional background in any supply chain and/or finance processes strongly favoured.
• Awareness of GxP and SOX regulatory frameworks strongly favoured.
• Solid ability to assess functional requirements and translating into technical solutions is required.

• First rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff being able to tailor communication to audiences of differing levels of technical expertise and will be comfortable communicating with management.
• Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, with the ability to adapt and compromise
• SAP S/4 Hana certification in security will be considered a plus
