Your tasksWe are looking to hire an ambitious personality for the Supply Chain Management Governance team to further develop the Data Governance within the Transportation business segment. In this responsibility you will strengthen the team with know-how in all data related areas and state of the art methods (e.g. power applications). This also includes to empower the colleagues in our branch offices abroad. With your experience and expertise you will support the digitalization of our company with a focus on supply chain data. To be able to do this it is essential to understand the business requirements from both, a supply chain as well as system and data perspective and to act as an interface between these two areas. In the role of Data Steward you will be responsible for master data within the defined business processes. This includes the definition of responsibilities for data entry and maintenance as well as compliance with quality and security requirements. In addition you are the main contact person for the Data Owner, the definition and implementation of business requirements as well as analytics in the area of responsibility. Also you will work closely with other Data Stewards. The role is complemented by the responsibility as SAP Key UserYour profileFor this challenging and diversified task we are looking for a communicative, team-oriented and obliging personality with:
  • Degree from a technical or business university (HF, FH, Dipl.) or a comparable qualification
  • Passion for Data Analytics e.g. Power applications, RPA, scripting i.A. combined with analytical thinking
  • Professional experience in the area of master data management is very beneficial
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or business related role would be a big plus
  • Enthusiasm to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
  • High degree of independence and self-motivation
  • Fluent in German and English language
