  • Coaching the team members in agility especially on focusing on team objectives
  • Responsibility of managing the content of JIRA tickets
  • Responsible of quality and actuality of content of JIRA tickets
  • Causing the removal of impediments to the Team’s without production of additional work
  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
  • Helping find techniques for effective goals, acceptancy criteria definitions
  • Helping the Team understand the need for clear and concise backlog items
  • Foster working on agile best practices
  • Helping the team to define and focus to meet the Definition of Done
  • Reporting within Scrum of Scrums and Management meetings about status and impediments
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in project and agile management
  • Demonstrated ability to do the job with minimal impact on the teams
  • Demonstrated ability to plan the Epics/User stories and control the progress with a minimum impact on the teams
  • Good understanding of ICT technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of information security in high secure environments
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work teams towards task completion
  • Solution oriented.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with JIRA and other PM-Tools like MS Project
  • As the projects are located in a sensitive, official environment, you meet the requirements for passing the personal security examination, such as Swiss citizenship or settlement permit C
  • Travel activity in CH
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, French and English
