Position OverviewYou will be joining the Central Europe Regulatory and Risk Agile team in Zurich or Geneva, which is part of the Deutsche Bank Private Banking (PB) division. As part of the team´s activities, we ensure that regulatory and risk projects that are impacting Central Europe region are delivered successfully and in a timely manner. Our team is responsible for the end to end project management and implementation of key regulatory projects across the following booking centers (Luxembourg, Switzerland, UK).Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Business Functional Analyst is responsible for the end to end implementation of new regulations and risk projects across Central Europe booking centers. In particular, the Senior Business Functional Analyst will be in charge of:- Performing regional impact assessments in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Legal and Compliance teams of the in -scope locations
- Defining and aligning detailed regulatory/business requirements with key stakeholders within DB - especially with Legal, Compliance, Business, COO, AFC & Operations teams
- Documenting requirements and preparing change requests to be discussed with internal/external IT or third party vendors to ensure adaptation of relevant systems
- Supporting in testing of new functionalities developed until sign off provided to internal/external IT or third party providers
- Coordinating the adjustment of internal and external documents (client contracts, client letters or KOPs)
- Organizing and running internal project related trainings & communications
- Preparing and presenting project updates to different governance bodies within DB
- Previous extensive experience in performing a Senior Business Functional Analyst or Project Manager role (minimum 6 years)
- Proven delivery of regulatory projects in a complex, international and dynamic environment
- Experience in problem solving and working with tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality output
- Knowledge gained in Financial Services environments and know-how of Wealth Management business
- Ideally Agile background as Business Analyst or motivated to work in Agile environment
- Technical/Process know how on core banking system (in particular Avaloq experience)
- High proficiency in standard productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability, highly committed and motivated
- Independent working and fast learning
- Very good communication, stakeholders management & presentation skills
- Proficiency in English
- Master´s degree in computer science, finance, business, or a related field
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred
