On behalf of our client, an international commodities trading house specialized in energy sector, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Senior C#, .Net Software Engineer.

You will be working closely with the commodity trading desk.

This is a permanent role.
  • Work location Canton Ticino, Switzerland
  • Workload 100%
Your key responsibilities
  • Responsible for building C# applications
  • Develop and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures and functions.
  • Understanding and experience of the whole web application stack from database layer up to the front-end
  • Design and develop these applications and coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure
Your profile
  • Proven interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal clients and the team of developers
  • Bachelor or master degree in computer science/computer engineering
  • Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
  • Proficient is writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures and working with relational databases, experience with Oracle is a plus
  • Familiarity with the .Net MVC pattern
  • User interface experience HTML, CSS, jQuery, TypeScript, Vue.Js or similar framework
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN)
  • Experience with Jenkins, RabbitMQ is a plus
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
