The role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant for our offices in Liestal or Bern, who would join an

environment of open-minded and personable people, who love to work on web

development. Grab the opportunity to implement interesting solutions. Get in touch with

requirements.

You will work on projects for some of the largest companies on the Swiss market, with the

latest technology frameworks where code quality, good design and architecture are top

priorities.

You will

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including building trust by communicating effectively and providing solutions and building a vision and roadmaps
  • Document outcomes of meetings and manage follow-ups
  • Capture customer needs and translate those into functional requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and technical environment
  • Research existing technology and recommend innovative technology to meet clients’ needs
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality of assigned technologies
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the technical solution and work with the development team to implement changes
  • Support our engineering teams with troubleshooting problems with existing systems
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding technical issues involved in solving a problem or implementing a solution
  • Do pre-sales / requirements engineering – write and propose detailed documentation of the technical solutions that meet the client’s needs
  • Prepare bids for digital services
  • Participate in business development activities such as proposal writing and presentations
  • Travel to our client’s premises – within Switzerland or broader DACH region

You have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or marketing technology, or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in technical consulting, digital business consulting or marketing technology, or similar role
  • Experience with digital transformation services in the field of customer experience, digital experience platforms (CMS), website analytics, marketing automation
  • A startup mindset, flexible and dedicated to growing our clients’ businesses as well as ours
  • A strong focus on added value, always looking for the best benefits/efforts for our clients
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Industry-specific knowledge and domain expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (C1 – C2)
  • Proficiency in German language – a nice to have
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
