Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and (partial) project management in innovation projects such as the S/4HANA migration
  • Introduction of new HR systems (also non-SAP)
  • Project management for rollouts of systems and modules to our international locations
  • Taking over level 1-3 support activities and change management
  • Consulting and process optimisation for the business units
  • Management of external partners in support and project work
  • Quality control and assurance for services and developments of external partners
  • Focus on SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM), further development of SuccessFactors functionality
  • Support in other applications such as SAP Concur, aconso eDossier, SAP-to-AD interface, etc.

Hardskills
  • Many years of experience in SAP HCM customising
  • First experience with SAP Cloud technologies and SAP Cloud Platform integration scenarios
  • ABAP debugging skills, as well as good understanding of user exits and BAdI extensions
  • Experience with integration technologies such as IFlows and web services, as well as IDoc and RFC
  • Very good expression and language skills (written and spoken German and English)
