ArrowResources AG is a global commodity trading house headquartered in Switzerland and is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity of Senior Controller t to join its rapidly growing business. The ArrowResources group of companies is an integrated commodities trading house, actively trading base metals, concentrates, ores, natural gas, LNG, power, crude oil, and oil products.

Management
  • Effectively develop and implement structured reporting solutions to facilitate the trading activities business including decision making support.
Transactions
  • Review and comment on material business transactions from financial perspective.
  • Review and analyse costs associated with business
  • Prepare and implement business models, systems and flows
  • Provide all necessary support to Operations and Trading teams on all trade transactions
Reporting
  • Implement and manage a global reporting, budgeting and forecasting system to aid business decision making.
  • Cash flow reporting and projections
  • Accounting reconciliations wherever required and review with an analytical perspective.
  • Maintain transaction wise cost records to the best extent possible and constantly update the same.
  • Review, develop and implement cost capturing and reporting systems within the organisation in tandem with various departments.
  • Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts and analyse and report on differences.
  • Provide financial analyses as needed for pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
Compliance
  • Review and provide comments on the purchase and sales contracts with respect to the financial and profit-making perspective.
  • Provision of information to internal and external auditors for all reviews and audits.
You Have
  • A working understanding of at least one of the following areas: Commodities trading, accounting
  • Strong, data-oriented, problem solving skills
  • Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment
  • Organization skills with strong attention to details
  • Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including very strong in Excel)
  • University degree (BSc or BA) in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • 6 years+ of work experience in a related field
