We are looking for a project manager who can lead the production engineering group, who feels motivated by teamwork in multidisciplinary and multi-partner projects. Fields include aspects such as electronics, electrochemistry, chemistry or physics.Main challenges in the position are planning and execution of the projects to ensure on time delivery and strong encouraged quality & compliance.The position owner will be part of a very phenomenal team of hardworking people developing, sustaining and maintaining products that help medical staff to save life. Our products are highly complex, multi-disciplinary and our company size allows us to work on the full product life cycle development between Radiometer sites, from idea generation down to design transfer to production and maintenance on the field.To become successful, this person must be enthusiastic and feel strongly for production engineering and enjoy sharing passion with colleagues. Taking the lead, being organized, systematic, energetic, empathic, diligent to details and being team-oriented are key to be successful to lead this group.The challenges you will face in and the tasks you are responsible for in this position within the next 12 months are:Lead the production engineering team including performing individual development conversation and continuing developing the team in process validation and in production engineering in general.Responsibility of process validation and qualification activities.Improve efficiency in implemented production process changes to reduce time to market.Identify gap and waste in current process validation method and execute task for keeping validation processes balanced.Planning and execution of projects breakthroughs according to defined timeline.Lead partner, getting things done to deliver projects on time.Your responsibilities: Lead, handle and further develop the team of 3 employees.Planning and execution of engineering tasks according to internal production need.Build and implement process validation knowledge based on best practices for execution of process validation.Hands-on process validation documentation.Identify gap and waste in current process validation activities, equipment’s qualification and related standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure very close collaboration with all other functions involved such as, RA/QA, Operations, R&D and external partners.Our requirements:Master or Bachelor in electrochemistry, chemistry, electronic or physicSeveral years of experience as process validation engineer in Medical device (as first choice) or Pharma industries with confirmed track records.Knowledge/background on specific domains such as: Electrochemistry or Chemistry and Electronic or PhysicSeveral years confirmed experience in team and project management: Prioritizing and planning, project execution and follow-upSeveral years of shown experience in medical device with regulatory and compliance requirements, experience with: QA, SOP, standards, regulation and compliance, ISO 13485, FDA CFR 2, Notify body experience (like TUEV, FDA), Design Control.Process risk analysis, Verification and Validation.Post-grade Project Management education would be a plus.Language skills: English and German proficient, French would be a plus.
