Your role

Our offer

To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller.

Your role

You will be based in Lausanne and will support the Controlling manager with the following responsibilities:
  • Key role in financial planning and analysis
    • Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
    • Ad-hoc analysis, variances, group strategy.
    • Business Partnering to the operational management.
  • Contribute to monthly closings and reporting processes (full P&L review and KPI analysis)
  • Participate to the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IAS/IFRS
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the financial data
  • Design and implement new reporting tools and financial dashboards
  • Support the standardization, structuration and simplification of operational processes
  • Participate in the audit process.

Your profile

Your profile
  • Higher level of education in business economics and/or advanced degree in controlling (ACCA/CPA)
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in a similar position
  • Excellent MS-office skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of business and financial issues
  • Ability to work to tight deadline.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Either French or German is required.
