Senior FP&A Analyst

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you be a motivator to the overall success of the BU. You will engage with the BU and Division to provide insights into our financial performance and guide performance improvements to achieve our annual goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic mentorship to business partners to capitalize on opportunities
• Demonstrate outstanding partnership to operating partners including handling and forecasting operating expenses and capital spending
• Drive monthly forecasting, annual operating plan and future planning (AOP / STRAP), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), in a matrixed environment, ensuring financial decisions support company goals and current market conditions
• Develop and lead analytical methods for exploratory and explanatory business insights
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of centralized sophisticated ERP and reporting solutions and visualization tools
• Champion financial operational improvement across the division

Your Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field required; CPA, CMA

• Validated experience applying intellectual curiosity to uncover insights and differentiated outcomes where others could not
• Highly skilled in use of information technology such as SAP ERP and Hyperion Financial Management, knowledge of relational databases
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP with public company / corporate finance experience
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills spanning functional and business team members including executive level
• Well-developed analytical skills, including solid background in driving actions from data insights and using strong analysis to present a situation to management
• Self-motivated with a high level of flexibility and a strong work ethic to get the job done
