Part of Leonardo (through its Helicopter division), Kopter is set to become a Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies; also contributing to the development of new hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. The single-engine, turbine-powered AW09 now under development will outperform its peers with increased modularity, modern electronic systems, and a larger cabin and cargo hold. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards, more performance and comfort at low operating costs. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based near Zurich, Switzerland – with corporate/engineering offices at Wetzikon, and the production facilities in the towns of Mollis and Näfels.

Your Responsibilities
  • To process the payroll activities according to applicable Swiss laws and regulations (with support of an external Payroll provider)
  • For Compensation and Benefits
  • For all Global Mobility topics
  • To implement all new social security insurance adaption and work law changes
  • To lead or support projects within area of expertise
Your qualifications
  • Commercial apprentice (KV) and further education in HR and / or social insurances (e.g. Personalfachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis)
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in the field of Payroll & Administration
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment law and social insurances
  • Excellent knowledge in SAP HCM Module; knowledge in S/4HANA and/or Workday is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Profound English and German knowledge
