(Senior) Institutional Sales - Geneva

For our client, a fast-growing, market-leading company active in impact investingwe are currently looking for a (Senior) Institutional Sales

You are an Institutional Sales with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Asset Management and Banking industry with a proven track record and good understanding of Fixed Income instruments and private assets.

The position is based in Geneva with a reporting line to the Head of Sales.

1. Your responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new institutional clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve fund raising targets.
  • Cover general networking and representation in the Swiss market.
  • Client relationship and servicing.

2. Your profile & required qualifications

  • We are looking for a dynamic person who is result oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:

  • Proven track record and existing network amongst pension funds, foundations, and insurers on the Swiss market.
  • Solid institutional sales experience with existing network of investors.
  • Independent, disciplined and organized.
  • Highly interested in impact finance and/or sustainable development.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
  • Fluent in French & English. Other languages would be a plus.
  • Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required.
