Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Manager Supply Chain Performance Management, located in Skillman, NJ, Zug Switzerland, or Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes

As a member of the Consumer Health Supply Chain Strategy, Innovation and Deployment team, this role serves as the project manager to lift supply chain performance management through the development, visualization and deployment of key performance indicators and governance. A critical element of the role is to collaborate with end-to-end partners across regions and supply chain functions to champion customers, drive organizational alignment, transparency, and accountability. The role will transition to leading the Supply Chain global reporting forum with supply chain executives while driving performance management process improvements across reporting hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visible champion for external and internal customer experience
  • Project management leadership for metric harmonization and a single-source-of-truth across strategic and operational metrics including scope, schedule and resource management to ensure robust and timely execution.
  • Shape reporting requirements in alignment with organizational structure and hierarchies (geographical, portfolio, value streams and sites)
  • Lead visualization and technology utilization to streamline the user experience and drive reporting synchronization and efficiencies
  • Lead and improve governance and process documentation while shaping and driving maturity roadmaps
  • Partner with collaborators for effective change management through strong communications, awareness, and education.

Education

Qualifications
  • University Bachelor’s degree or University equivalent in engineering, data science or equivalent required. MBA or equivalent preferred.

Required

Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related Supply Chain experience
  • Strong systems knowledge including financial systems, ERP systems, data visualization tools is required. Experience with Tableau, Azure, Alteryx and data lakes is preferred.
  • Experience leading process improvements and/or change management is preferred.
  • Project management or program management experience is required
